    Default I need your help brahs!

    Basically I feel like I'm just moving from machine to machine and doing any workout I'm in the mood to do

    So could someone please help me create a proper workout schedule. I hit the gym at least 5 times a week so help me create a 5 day schedule that I can do for the next 2 months.
    Don't add any cardio tho since I do 15-20 minutes on the treadmill after every workout

    I don't wanna get huge round puffy muscle because that shit turns into droopy fat when you stop working out. I want that lean yet strong muslcley look like the guy in call me maybe. (athlete physique)

    exactly what i was going to say lol. on another forum I use there are online coaches who won't even meet some of their clients face to face, yet people are happy to pay a decent amount of money via paypal or bank transfer to use cause their methods and diet plans plus general advice are second to none. providing you can stick to what they're telling you to do, getting in shape really isnt that hard its your mind set.

    I've not been lifting too heavy, I'm doing like 6 sets of bench-press, 12 sets of squats and 12 sets of deadlift
    I might try and increase the weight to halve the sets next time
