Strong, managed to get 10 out on 150 the other week. 6'7 113kg, hardly train legs too because I struggle to fit in jeans lool
Haha @Locky I got big calves and thighs from playing rugby, stopped like 3 years ago too. Swear they don't get smaller..
I am only 19 too lol, but yeh I am a semi pro rugby player
