think totty can get at least a draw

Plak
22nd January '12, 02:07 PM
Think there is way more pressure on City and that defence looks shaky tbh, with Savic not impressing in his last game, Richards with that tendency to go missing and Lescott and Clichy being any top 6 but not top 2 quality players.
200 on draw 300 on Spurs inshallah.

.

they're currently better than YES these days

bloodzeed is the best by far, it's close to tv quality. only problem is sometimes it doesn't load up fully or it skips but when it's working it's very high quality. also the guy who runs it is a spurs fan so if spurs are playing the same time as your team is, you can't watch it on bloodzeed.

the commentator then as richards is running into the box for a corner - "richards adding his meaty presence", what the fuck?

assou-ekotto is wearing one predator and one f50 lol why?

Pav? What are we tryna see if we can match City with who can have the laziest striker on the pitch?

Fuck Pav useless cunt. It's our fault for not signing a striker capable of being of decent quality we've had from the summer to sort out deals for a striker and we've ponced around as usual.

They're beatable. You were very unlucky not to win today especially being 2 - 0 down.

Can confirm this is complete gas, as United have to play away at Arsenal, Tottenham (Who will want to win to go second if the points are still there) CITY and Chelski, of which I reckon you could maybe take the 3 points from Arsenal, 1 from us, and maybe 1 from Chelski, this being best case scenario.

but i thought the same in '06 but then chelsea lost 3-2 the same day ole scored against charlton. it can happen.

like i said, united have the experience, city don't.

I don't want City to win the league, I was one of them ones who thought they would drop off about this time for whatever reason, but it just ain't happening, I think the best United and Spurs fans can say to themselves now is that we have both pretty much guaranteed CL and so just go for the 2nd spot.

admittedly a loss today would make it very, very difficult to win the league.

So 2 minutes ago City haven't got the experience to see it through, but now if Utd drop 3 points today in the middle of the season it's going to make it very hard for Man Utd?

lol okay well that makes sense, mr jeffries please meet my ignore list you idiot

Mr. Jefferies

Can confirm this is complete gas, as United have to play away at Arsenal, Tottenham (Who will want to win to go second if the points are still there) CITY and Chelski, of which I reckon you could maybe take the 3 points from Arsenal, 1 from us, and maybe 1 from Chelski, this being best case scenario.

no, no, no.

stamford bridge isn't a fortress, they've lost there three times already in the league this season. we are more than capable of winning there. we haven't won there in the league in about 8 years. it has to happen some time and every year it becomes more likely.

spurs is the biggest banana skin of the games you mentioned. as you saw in the f.a. cup, beware of wounded animals and after the 6-1 united were a wounded animal to city and won the game in the first half.

we can win at eastlands.

today is massive though.

none of what i said is a contradiction, city don't have experience in a run-in, fact.

6 points behind would make it very difficult, fact.

go back to being a retard in random room.

If Utd lose our seasons go from being about challenging for the title to making sure we get CL. With how awful Arsenal and Liverpool have been this season, I reckon that will come easy tbh. Chelski have more to be worried about than us tbh. I'm so so annoyed that 2 centimetres to the left and we'd be 2 points behind City. Fucking Defoe.

The peakest thing is, City won't even be punished for basically spending enough money to cure cancer in the pursuit of winning the league and fucking ruining it. FFP is a load of bollocks that will not be enforced by that weak prick Platini.

Not going to lie, I'm pissed. Am on my phone here, nearly throuh a pint glass over the room.

We didn't deserve anything, they went 2-0 up without breaking sweat. I'm trying to think of someone who looked particularly good, probably only kaboul, Bale in the second half and Parker.

Moany little cunt Defoe complains he's not playing, gets a game and does fuck all. He has no all round game whatsoever, its like playing with 10 men. He only scored as Savic is pony, and Hart should have just stayed on his line. Two yards out Jermain, you're supposed to be a poacher.

Its harsh on Ledley, as he's been the best Spurs player I can remember, but why the fuck can't we deal with a simple ball over the top?!

And why can no one take a corner? I play Saturday league and could guarentee better set piece delivery.

Won't even complain about the Balotelli stamp, we only started to play at 2 down.

They've got some hard games still to play, they're bound to drop points.
United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Newcastle..

Also forgot about Lescott's elbow on Kaboul. Naughty naughty.

Highlight (apart from Bale's goal) was Chris Coleman. Julian Lescott, Da Silva, Balotti, and Spurs old manager Sergio Ramos. Lovely stuff.

I would agree with you tbh, he looks potentially like a special player. But he's young, Arsenal fans should just see what happens.

Personally I think he should start with Walcott - Arshavin should be nowhere near the team. Walcott actually started the season ok IMO.

I should be the fan saying this lol, but I won't becah at the end of the day if Defoe had buried that easy chance we would not even be talkin about it.
TBH though, I reckon we are 5 points worse off in just 2 games JUST because the referee: Stoke game, should have been 2-1 to us as Crouch handballed it to control and assist, and Ade had the ball in the net onside and was ruled out. Wolves game their goal came from a corner that resulted from a touch off a Wolves player, and Ade again had the ball in the net onside and was ruled out. So yeah we should only be 3 points behind City tbh.

I agree, but the only reason Lennon isn't a skengman winger is because he got injured in the second half of the 09/10 season (before that he was shit hot and easily the best winger in the prem at the time) and was rushed back from that injury to play our last games of that season and then was shipped straight to the WC, where he wasn't fit and got further injured, then spent the whole of 2010/11 recovering from the injury or on the bench, and he's just getting back to his 09/10 form now, so essentially he has missed 20 odd months of football because of one injury that was aggravated and not allowed to heal.

Bale really is overhyped. His goal was good but damn richards has pace and strength so bales lack of dribbling skills got exposed against him so he decided to run infield

i know u dont like defoe Plak but that was bale's fault he could've passed it much earlier, and it's hard for players to keep up with bales pace and for him to stay onside but its done now

Nah, even Redknapp said Defoe checked his run - he wasn't trying to catch up with Bale. It doesn't take a genius to get to the back post when you're basically unmarked tbh.

I can't really complain. Though I think maybe we need to be a bit more Man Utd about how we react to bad decisions - 4 man surround the ref and shout at him. We're too polite.

Everyone was watching Bale, but I didn't cos I realised he was pretty much done, and he would get a cross in, I watched Defoe instead and he did some retarded run to the post. Was his fault really cah if the cross that Bale had put in had worked and Defoe had got there, it would've been a 100% goal, whereas if Bale played him in early its a 50-50.

I just wanna say, for the neutral, that was one of the best games i've seen for ages. Fantastic attacking footy.

Balo probably should have been off but, to score the winner like that with 10 seconds to go, that's calmness personified (no dot rotten beat) and he has officially been awarded his "skengman" certificate.

Congrats to City on winning the league. (Shame there's no City fans on here to congratulate are there lol?)
