lol redknapp wouldnt go to qpr he couldnt afford to take his best players from tottenham there like he did to portsmouth etc

Julio Cesar
8th January '12, 07:15 PM
As I said in the other thread I also heard this earlier and heard Mark Hughes could be in by tuesday at the latest. Good decision IMO.

Fair decision, 2 out of 24 isn't good enough and we need to progress. Get Hughes in asap so we can get the squad sorted. Have so much respect for Warnock after last season though.

Crisis at QPR

Hardly, if we get Hughes in it will be the right decision. If we get Zola then it will be #crisisatqpr.

If we didnt he would have took us down, dont see how thats funny? If you get 2 out of 24 points, are tactically unaware and lose the dressing room then you lose your job. Cant see how anyone can think its an unfair decision. Not like we sacked him before the season started.

chris89
8th January '12, 07:40 PM

if he really lost the dressing room partly because of barton then thats a par. he brought him to the team

he did a lot to get us into the premiership but i was always concerned as to whether or not he could keep it up in the premiership! think this should of been done before the season started but i suppose they had to give him a chance

BIGDON

i remember reading somewhere when Fernandes was intrested in buying West Ham he wanted Zola as manager

He's gonna sue us. " West Ham told me keiron was fit" is what he'll say.

Was told today that Hughes was the main man they wanted and Neil would be sacked today, one of the two has happened hopefully we can get Hughes in.

It doesnt help that Keith Curle (first team coach) is a pisshead, Barton rightfully complained to fernandes for some of the backroom staff turning up drunk and the whole management side of the club having a lower league mentality.

Yeah same as, with the new owner hopefully Hughes can build his own squad and we can push on.

Easy to call me an idiot. But its harder to make decisions. May be the wrong one and ill be the idiot and ill go but at least ill stand up and be counted. RT @zepvv: So tonyfernandes' club prmtd to PL 4 1st time in 15ys. After 20G they're clear of relegation. What's he done? Sack the manager. Idiot. #QPR

Sacked for Mark Hughes? :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Check my reasons for sacking Warnock, then compare it to signing Hughes. Then you'll understand why this is a very good appointment. Losing the dressing room + being tactically unaware + poor subs = sacking for a proven prem manager.

Paul Hart
Mick Harford (Caretaker)

Fernandes is our new owner and Warnock was the only manager he's had (obviously got Hughes now). That list shows why everyone wanted the old owners out so badly.
