Default Feedback needed on first 2 beats!

Any feedback or advice on these appreciated, especially with the mixing.

    Thanks!

thunderball is mastered really loud man i'd suggest rendering at a lower volume or possibly just mixing at a lower volume. other then that this beat is fuckin dope!
Midnight is decnt, better mixxing on this IMO but it sounds too "fruity loopy" iif that make sense to you.. like the piano sounds really electronic, for this i woulda chopped a sample an kept it old school boom bap.
    good work tho!

Thanks for the feedback! Definitely agree about the mixing between the two tracks, think I made the mistake of not comparing the two once they were exported. Also agree with changing some of the instruments on Midnight. This is really helpful advice, much appreciated!

both beats are hard for the most part, thunderball being the higher energy track. I prefer midnight over thunderball though, not a fan of the snare build up in the beginning and middle of Thunderball, but that's purely preference. I cant offer advice on mixing because that's an area i need work in myself, but i will say that midnight is mixed better than thunderball. Looking forward to hearing more beats from you, seems like you have the potential build some high energy tracks which would definitely go a long way in grime.

Thanks man! I actually agree with the point about the snare build up, I need to go back and re-master these so maybe thatís something Iíll take a look at. Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it, Iíll look forward to checking out some of your next beats too
