    No I wouldn't say so. E-40s a legend though, been listening to In A Major Way again lately.

    40 water is one of the best of all time. He's got his own style though...I wouldn't call it Grime.

    It's more an evolution of the Hyphy music everyone was making for a bit in The Bay - carrying the torch from Mac Dre and them.

    Bay Area rap is some of the best imo....artists like The Jacka (RIP) made countless classics

    More like grime has E-40 roots, I read an interview with Dizzee years ago where he said E-40 was one of his favourite US rappers growing up. Wiley has rates him too I think.
