    Default I don't like squatting.

    I can't get the form right, the bar hurts the upper back. Tried doing front squats, the bar destroyed my collar bones.

    What can i replace them with?

    Not coming for a big guy or anything here but would say don't stress too much if you avoid squats. They will mostly just build up size and before you know it jeans will be super tight and your legs will be too big. Too many people say about skipping leg day but really a couple exercises for legs will do and count deadlifts partially towards legs
    IMHO

    Use padding for upper back support.

    Squats are a must imo

    is a core exercise but could be replaced with

    straight leg dead lifts
    sumo squats with a heavy dumb bell
    45 degree leg press

    Use just body weight till your form is right. Rest it on your traps, shouldn't hurt too much, if it still does gyms usually have padding you can wrap round.

    Need to do squats imo.
