    ive started now properly at a strongman gym near me 20 minute walk there 10 minute jog back as cardio and dumbells for shoulders, chest, arms etc

    it hurts like fuck but its worth it
    Don't go mad curse getting in face a scream...or I'm dropping my Islamic word association scheme.

    takes as many selfies as possible, that way on facebook you'll look cool
    dont wipe machines down when your done
    and after doing a set of 3 1/7 squats walk around gym mean mugging everyone

    you'll own the gym

    Tip - Don't sign up for the gym and forget for two months you did.

    Beginner must do mix exercise for the first months,.
    When they able to do every exercise easily and with right angle then they start separate workout for whole body,.

    I am completely agreed with you GlemMarsh. It is good to do every exercise in first moth for beginner and after complete training beginner can start complete body workouts.
