    Just find a 5v5 routine and go 3 times a week or something.
    I've just started SS 5x5 but with a bit more weight since I tested my maxes weeks back

    otherwise do the 6 week strength program, download the excel spreadsheet and the pdf cos u need to read both. read it in it's fuckin entirety and do no deviate from it in any way

    It's actually good for building strength but unless you're a professional athlete or living in the jungle you don't reallyyyy need that excess strength .. plus you get strong but you don't look strong

    Body-building on the other hand makes you look buff but you're probably not as stong. You know those puffy looking niggaz like Solo 45

    I've decided to incorporate a hybrid of strength and bodybuilding. So a typical bench press for me like I did today is 5 sets of 2, then the normal 4 sets of 8

    powerlifting routines end up havin more overall volume most the time

    e.g. bro split could bang 16 sets of chest on chest day that week

    upper lower could do involve 8, but 3 times a week = 24 sets.

    arm wrestling is a shitty example. pro arm wrestlers have big arms anyway
