I have joined a gym again that has a boxing school so I have decided to take it back up. I am a big lad at 6ft4 237 pound I have cut all drinking and smoking and eating better last few months and by all means am not flabby yet not really muscly I would say above average I can fight well take a punch but have lacked on speed I have told the teacher I am focussed on speed stamina and agility, where as he thinks I should just be a goon and use my size and strength and hitting ability. I could definantly tone up and shift weight so I would like to respect mine and his choices so any advice on specific work outs for agility speed etc rather than strength as I am mainly doing a lot of this.
