    Default good condition/getting in shape while drinking n smoking

    yh so i just realised my condition is murked. looking to start runninig and weightlifting 4/5 times a week, while drinking(heavy) and smoking weed in weekends only.
    Will i be able to get in a good condition by doing all of this shit or wud i need to drop the alcohol?

    You must need to drop alcohol because it cause a great harm to human body and mind both.If you want to stay healthy and fit then drop alcohol and also quit smoking because smoking cause harm to your lungs.
    Enjoy healthy life rather then being sick and slake.

    If you're serious about getting into shape, you wouldn't be doing either of those things excessively imo.

    and certain supps u shouldn't even be drinking alcohol along side anyway, but yh u don't seem that srs.

    Depends what you drink tbh

    Vodka and diet soft drink is fine. The only real effect it will have is on your workout the next day

    what supps are these?


    do what you want, its all calories in vs out weather you're trying to put on weight or lose it. unless you plan on stepping on stage at some point don't take it so seriously

    what u mean?

    creatine takes water and puts it in muscles.

    alcohol dehydrates u as well

    = 2x dehydration = rip ur kidneys.

    For good condition and fitness try to do exercise everyday. I suggest to avoid smoking and drinking if you need healthy living. With drinking and smoking it is not possible to stay healthy.

    I get absolutely mashed at least one day of the week, and dont train that hard but have made wicked progress last few months.

    At the end of the day, if you eat enough, and life some heavy weights you will get bigger.

    I've just done my first boxing session after 7 years if drink and drugs binges combined with heavy smoking l. Had to sit out a lot of the stops after the first circuit but was ok on the ab and bag work just. Definatley going back going to do some tabbatas to get used to the circuit. I've gone a messy one in Blackpool coming up but then no one has a birthday for a few month, other than family. So going to try to be as healthy as possible for a while. Fuck smoking nearly killed me today
