    Default What is your chest workout?

    Been making the least progress with my chest compared to everyone else so I was interested to see everyone else's routine.

    And does anyone do both incline and decline chest/dumbbell press and incline/decline dumbbell flies or do you just do it normal flat?

    Do both incline and decline, change between them every week or 2 weeks

    flat is shit if you want to concentrate on different parts of the chest, you could do flat for 2 years and will get stronger, etc but some parts like the upper chest will be lacking

    So do both incline and decline chest press and both incline and decline flies? Don't do flat?

    Pretty much

    with flies I would try both and see which gives you the better gains and stick with that for a while and then either swap between them or stick to the one which gives you better results tbh

    I do
    flat dumbell bench
    incline dumbell fly
    chest machines to fail

    occassionaly dips

    chest workout is my faviourite exercise,,, i always do it with full enthusiasm ,,,, and according to me incline and decline press and flies, both are very effective exercise , but some time you should make changes in your routine and do the flat one also ,,,

    My summer chest workout is,.,.

    5 Sets bench press,.
    4 sets inclined bench press,
    4 sets Declined bench press,.
    4 sets Dumbbell bench press fly ,.
    5 sets of dips,.

    i train for 2 weeks and i do squats , sets etc...

    Use enough weight to keep in the 4-6 per range and keep chin down, so as to help lean forward. Leaning forward places more emphasis on the chest and less on the triceps.Thanks

    hey can anyone help me with my chest routine here is what i do, trying to get bigger stronger

    i do triceps on the same day so here is what it looks like... I been thinking of adding in another tricep excersise also any advice is appreaciated thanks

    Bench Press 3x 5-6
    incline dumbbell press 3x 7-10
    Butterfly machine 3x 8-10
    Dips 3x 6-8
    Close grip Bench 3x 6-8
    Triceps Pull down 3x 6-8
