imo Turkish is great, cause its mainly grilled meat.
Probably pretty stupid but today I was starving and was really feening for a chicken burger as I haven't had one in AGES. I'm trying to clean bulk atm and it's been going really well. Gym routine and my diet has been really good.
I go to quite a few restaurants with the missus though especially Turkish ones where I always just get grilled chicken shish lol.
Today I felt really bad though as I got a chicken fillet burger by itself. I may allow myself to have one dirty meal a week, but what would be the healthiest gym options at takeaways? Indian, Turkish, Chicken shops etc lol
Just have whatever you want, one meal isn't gonna make any difference tbh.
Also dont worry about the yolks in egg's, eat all of it.
