    That is pretty much what I'm doing but I'm about to also add the bent over rows, needed to work on my form but I'm ready now

    Deadlifts, Bent over rows, Chin ups for now. Trying to get my basic strength up then ill move onto a more isolated split program in a few months time.

    start with deadlifts, then chin ups, few different rows (sat down on the floor with a hook grip & machine, dumbbell row etc) lat pullovers, lat pulldowns, some biceps at the end

    Right now i am actually following Jim Stoppains 12 weeks short cut to size program so on back day i have :

    One-Arm Dumbbell Row
    Wide-Grip Pulldown
    Standing Pulldown
    Straight-Arm Pulldown

    Never seems to work properly. Can never feel it
