    Default Insanity Workout

    Any body done the Insanity programme? Did you see any good results?

    Ive had a fucked shoulder for time & not been hitting gym hard just light weights so thinking might give this a try if you see a good difference.

    I've done it but I didn't get that good results, it looked like I lost muscle could see more definition on my abs though. I didn't eat clean both times I done it and the first time I had days off, leaves you sore but fitness improves a lot just try the fit test that will give you a idea of what it's like

    @Philip done it as well

    I think im gonna give it a go I dont mind if I loose abit of muscle ill get back on the weights after. Wanna loose the stubborn bit of stomach fat to get the abs coming through & hopefully give my.shoulder time to heal fully.

    Dam I ate cleanly completely throughout and didn't feel weaker whatsoever, just much more fitter and toned.

    My abs looked better but I didn't think I gained any size , I'm gonna do it again and eat properly and stay focused in the gym

    It will help with the abs try eat as clean as you can , have downloaded it ?

    burns a lot of calories, not sure its going to be good to gain size

    What type of workout is it, gym-based yeah? Weights, cardio, squats/bodyweight exercises? I know there's loads of different days, but a rough idea?
