foster family are well into it, especially the dad - he has piles of books on it
only sport i can't watch, maybe golf too but the mass cricket coverage was the thing i used to hate about sky sports
shit sport is shit
dad loves it and plays for his work team
cant be in the same room as him, will always tell me "u gotta see this!" when there's a lame catch/bowl/shit etc
P - Money: "...I'm sick and tired of people like this guy just ruining shit- like he will go places and just spread nothing but bad vibes and name for grime"
Jammer: "-and negative"
Words on BIG H - Cry babies gona cry baby
i watched it when we won the ashes in 05, for some reason but dont follow. still read sports columns in the newspaper but thats as far i go tbh. many more sports id rather watch.
You enjoy a lot more when you play it then when u watch it
Power is the ability to define phenomena and make it act in a desired manner
If you have the ability to define the only thing left is to organize it
So when a pig walks up to you you will be so organised and you will be learning some tactics
So when gets to jiving with you and the pig is wrong you whip your guns out blow him away then you the abilty and have the made that pig act in a desired manner
5 day games that can end in a draw.
Can only be played in nice weather.. wear jumper and trousers.
Breaks for lunch and tea because games last so long.
Cricket is the most boring "sport" ever
20 20 is alright still, I was watching the Indian Premier League a few weeks back and thats decent
cant watch test cricket shit and stuff like that tho
crickets an upper middle class game tbh
i've never got cricket. or rugby for that matter. which is a shame because we have actually had success with our national teams in these sports within the last ten years.
inshallah one day the football team wins something.
I used to hate it till I was about 15-16. Went to an India v Pocketstan match and the atmosphere was LIVE. (Like the KOP would seem relatively timid...)
England fans are always relatively middle-class, but Windies/subcontinent teams are just everyone. Excuse for everyone to get pissed. Good "banter" too.
Went to Ind v Pak on the weekend, atmosphere was aggressive to say the least lol
If anything, all the middle class girls I know prefer rugby to cricket.
I find rugby boring tbh. Plus most rugby Uni "lads" are jarring with their shit "banter".
I've seen it on Sky Sports a few times... I don't understand it tbh, it looks like a perverted version of baseball... I like rugby better out of the two...
The final >>>>>
we out here mayne. My voice has taken a battering the past two weeks. Atmosphere was actually electric even though most the day had been rained-off.
Agree that 20/20 is a bit dead. It loses its novelty quickly. I can watch the first two or three IPL matches but then I just get bored. But again, nice party atmosphere live.
