Arsenal to win Spurs to draw please.
Not as epic as it could of been but should still be a 5* day.
come on sunderland do it for bendtner
Any of following score combinations would ensure Chelsea and Arsenal finish the Premier League season with identical records:
Chelsea draw 0-0; Arsenal win 2-1
Chelsea draw 1-1; Arsenal win 3-2
Chelsea draw 2-2; Arsenal win 4-3
Chelsea draw 3-3; Arsenal win 5-4
Its mad to think just a couple of months ago Arsenal where struggling for top 4 and now its in there hands on the last day.

Start of the year = we're better than Arsenal we have a better squad they've lost some player and are now a selling club
Middle of the year = look how good our form is we can win the league, the tide has turned north london is now ours
End of the year = the manager/levy didn't sign the right players, squads too small, we had injuries blah blah blah
You lot don't even try switch it up the exact same routine every year
As for the players you've listed, Adebayor hasn't been as good as last year, Vertonghen replaced King, Dembele replaced Modric, Sigurdsson 'replaced' Van der Vaart, Dempsey was a bit of a panic buy can say he replaced Krancjar. Plus Kaboul has been out all season. Lloris and Holtby are the only additions to the squad, and I expected Holtby to be better next season for his time playing this year. Modric, King and Van der Vaart (especially VdV) have been massive losses.
I don't buy this stuff from Hoddle and Souness that AVB inherited a great squad. If key players are injured (Lennon, Bale, Dembele, Sandro, either striker however shit they've both been), we notice it. Good players, thin squad. That's a reality for most teams.
I'll take Townsend and Rose coming back, Kaboul and Sandro coming back from injury. Then add a good striker (Benteke?), a all round midfielder (McCarthy?) and then see Carroll and Caulker given more football. Maybe a left winger as well if Bale is going to play through the middle.
I think next year will be tougher for Spurs and Arsenal - expect Utd, City and Chelsea to be strong. Also expect Liverpool to be better.
But @Shanger is right about January - we were crying out for a striker. Adebayor was out of form and at the African Nations, Defoe got injured. Levy tried bidding for Leandro at 12 noon on deadline day, how the fuck is he going to get to the training ground by 11pm??
