    Yea, I do have have a high metabolism. Im hittin around 3500 cals a day off whole foods so gonna be looking at close to 6000 once i include the shakes. Gonna be a mudness.

    BSN - Syntha-6. I'm on it now. Best powder I've ever used, especially taste-wise. I despise peanuts, yet their peanut-butter & chocolate flavour is one of the best things to ever touch my tastebuds.
    I got a 908g tub for around 27 from Amazon. ALWAYS BUY FROM AMAZON. They constantly send out the wrong flavours for some reason (which isn't too big a deal), so when you complain you get your order completely refunded and keep the powder. I've had free powder this way for a year now.

    EVERY time I've ordered powder they've sent the wrong flavour (when I order "chocolate", instead i get "chocolate and peanutbutter" or "chocolate and mint" etc) OR they've sent the wrong size of powder. Even if you get sent a tub bigger than what you paid for (which everyone would like), you can 'complain' simply because the order is wrong and get it free! I did the same thing with a pre-workout supplement by Sci-MX and got 3 tubs which I used like craaazy, without knowing you're supposed to take breaks from pre-workout drinks every once in a while. Went to hospital as they caused my heart to 'crash' (too much caffeine). heh.

    That's what I was doing. I was on the stuff, 1 and a half servings a day, for around 2 months. I did a heavy weight lifting session one night which got my blood bumping then started a run which made the blood pump too fast (which I'd later find out.) I collapsed, went to hospital. It was found i have a heart murmur/leaky valve (which really should have been picked up when i was younger), and the blood was pumping too fast for my heart to handle and was having trouble slowing down and regulating itself due to the amount of caffeine and other ish in the powder.
    If i'd not had the powder, the pressure on the leaky valve would have been much less, and thus wouldn't have failed.

    Im hovering around 13.5 stone atm. I haven't started the tub yet, but yeah it is pretty ridiculous tbh. I think im gonna just have one shake from that tub (morning) and get standard whey for post work-out. Might try beef protein, you had/tried it?

    If you can afford it, the best tasting protein in the world IMO is Pork Tenderloin. Go into Tesco at around 7PM and you can get a full one reduced to around 2. Don't rely on it as your main source of protein, but 100g of it is 120kcals and 20g of protein. Put it with a cream & onion sauce and just let your balls tingle away while your tongue orgasms.

    Have a look at USN Muscle Fuel Anabolic, about 500 calories, 50g protein, 75g carbs per shake. I used their hyperbolic mass supplement a few years back and gained weight like crazy, recommended serving of that was 1600 calories or something with milk, i used to just have half that a day aswell, 1600 per shake was taking the piss a bit.

    Also, how are you only getting 1000 calories from food?

    fair enough if you're as lean as the pics you've posted before and that weight you must have quite a bit of mass, unless you're 6'2 plus lol. Yeah go easy with it anyway, last weight gainer I tried had me on and off the toilet the following 24 hours from having it, had 3 shakes from it and ended up selling it, some peoples digestive systems dont agree with the carbs in them. Nah I just stick to bulkpowders protein blend about 60 for 5kg, slow fast and medium rate release. Not that the release rate matters too much though tbh, I just go by taste and carb content (0.9g carbs per scoop in this).
