    Default Stretch marks

    Started to get really bad stretch marks on my biceps and just under my arm pit area. Also noticed one on my chest this morning too

    Anyone else had them? What are tge best way to fade them?

    Ive been told to apply cocoa butter to them

    Bio oil is meant to be good, not sure if it needs to be prescribed though.

    I used cocoa butter, didnt notice anything. Are you dirty bulking?

    And i had mine on the outside of my chest and the front and back of my armpits. This was about 4 years ago, they have naturally faded but will always be there. Not arsed about them either.

    Yeah ive been told to use bio oil, If i don't see improvement with cocoa butter ill buy some of that.

    My diet is just eat whatever, I'm 6'7 so need loads of calories.. So yeah i'm dirty bulking.

    I'v never been arsed about them aswell tbh, show's i'm getting bigger etc... But when i saw the one on my chest that pissed me off haha, Going on holiday next year too, so i need to get rid quick time

    Is there anyway i can prevent new ones from appearing?

    Yeah, stop dirty bulking lol.

    Tanning would probably help hide it a bit more too, other than that not sure.

    Cos ur putting on fat as well as muscle lol? You never seen fat women with them all over their stomach and they look like theyve been attacked by a pride of lions?

    I got bad ones across my collar bone and biceps when I was like 15/16 so still growing an working out.

    Proper put me off going to the gym for a few months.

    stretch marks is from rapid stretching of skin...unless he was getting insanely fat very quick its more mscle causing the stretching rather than fat gain, diet to how your body responds, not what someone tells you

    yeah fair enough was actually gonna say it's probably gonna be inevitable anyway especially if it's round the arms/chest and not the stomach/waist like you see on fat women, though surely dirty bulking won't help matters? or would you have to be eating massive amounts?

    everyones different to how they respond to food...the whole ecto meso body type thing and all that crap....some people struggle to put fat on others put it on easy...you get the idea. alot of bb advice should be taken with a pinch of salt and you need to just experiment to see what works for you.

    In case anyone is still wondering, derma roller and bio oil is your saviour. You use the derma roller once every 2-3 weeks and stretch mark = gone
