    Any kind of psychometric work out (squats/knee tucks/lunges etc). Just cos I discover them fairly tedious, plus my lower legs always pain for much more time than any other muscles

    even bodyweight tht is mild for me seems bulkier than it should. i do them ass to lawn too, & discover keeping appropriate type to be very taxin on the returning muscular tissue as well as the feet. all them big muscular tissue bein work

    My least favorite is cardio workout plan because it is most effective one for the fitness and weight management.
    I do jogging, running, and swimming etc. in my daily routine to maintain my fitness level and body weight.

    Jogging because its boring, I do it early so I'm tired and cold and I go through tonnes of music as it gets repetitive

    Well my most favorite exercise is running. I love to do running because it is good for strength and increases stamina. I have reduced lot of fat from body so this is the main reason that i like this exercise.

    Drop set leg press, not necessarily 'least favourite', just one that hurts alot

    Incline chest press too

    And BTH shoulder press, find it abit awkward and very testing on my shoulders
    everything potent we get it from where they make it

    although i love to do all type of exercises but some exercise are difficult such as deadlift,quads etc, and i feel so much exausted while doing these exercises, thats why these exercises are my least faviourite .....

    I like jogging. I like this exercise because with doing this exercise my complete body works well and i can easily maintain my weight and fitness.

    I have on off days due to fibromyalgia and I found pain to be worse when I do squats compared to deadlifts and shoulder exercises leave my muscles burning all day which I take pain killers and anti inflmattory gels.
    My bench is on n off n all Ive benched 80kg for 8 reps before think its cos I hardly ever have a spot so only end up doing 70-75kg for 2 reps of 8 then move onto my dumbells which I find easier can usually do 25kg each hand but if I do them at start I can push 27.5.

    Backs days are always the most hated because trying to sleep the next day is not nice...
