    Default What Is Your Least Favourite Exercise And The Reasons?

    I hate squats with a passion way too taxing on the body and zaps energy like a mother.

    Would rather do sumo dead lifts

    Nothing really apart from cardio because of how long it takes up

    what annoys me more is having to keep putting on and removing weights after each set (when at home)

    squats as well

    even weight tht is light for me feels heavier than it should. i do them ass to grass too, & find maintaining proper form (upright torso) to be very taxin on the lower back muscles as well as the legs. all them big muscle groups bein work = fully fucked

    plus u have to endure more pain to reach failure with squats than with other exercises (my broscience but im sure most ppl who train would agree with this).

    Any sort of plyometric exercise (squats/knee tucks/lunges etc). Just cos I find them pretty boring, plus my calves always ache for much longer than any other muscles lol

    Any high intensity cardio exercise. Why? Because I'm 6'5 with fast twitching muscles.

    An indoor exercise like on a treadmill is my least favorite because its a boring thing for me. Although I have a treadmill but I tried to put it in lawn under a plastic shed just to get a more natural look. But I just use it for warming up or in bad weather conditions..

    Tricep dips

    Not really been feeling to do any cardio since I started this 5x5 routine. Squatting 3 times a week, consuming large amounts of protein but still can't find a day where my legs are not screaming at me to stop after half a mile into running.

    Fucking love squatting though, quite the fan of deadlifts too.
