Highly recommend doing this. Yes for the first 2 weeks you will be waking up thinking fuck this completely. Knowing you got to do this everyday, bum gets fucking sore, going up and down the stairs after a workout is a mission. Only thing I wish I had was some sort of protein shake that was legit. What I usually do after a workout, is eat like loads of pasta with meat. Or 3 Slices or brown toast heavily spread with peanut butter.
But I can actually see the results coming up, performed the seconds fitness test and done better in everything beside 2 of the exercises.
Getting ripped even more, belly going down, feeling much lighter, more energy and better overall. Also I have lost around 4kg, back to 79.8
Would take a picture but no one is at home, and taking a picture infront of a mirror is a no no for me. Will post pic later
