    Highly recommend doing this. Yes for the first 2 weeks you will be waking up thinking fuck this completely. Knowing you got to do this everyday, bum gets fucking sore, going up and down the stairs after a workout is a mission. Only thing I wish I had was some sort of protein shake that was legit. What I usually do after a workout, is eat like loads of pasta with meat. Or 3 Slices or brown toast heavily spread with peanut butter.

    But I can actually see the results coming up, performed the seconds fitness test and done better in everything beside 2 of the exercises.
    Getting ripped even more, belly going down, feeling much lighter, more energy and better overall. Also I have lost around 4kg, back to 79.8

    Would take a picture but no one is at home, and taking a picture infront of a mirror is a no no for me. Will post pic later

    Fit Test - Improved in everything beside Globe Jumps
    Max Interval Circuit - Seemed so long yet so short. The warm ups were really good. A really good workout, feel kind of exhausted but not too much

    Done Max Interval Plyo today
    Still hard as fuck, the Level one drills and power jumps always get me
    Been training so hard, promised my self a fat drink and a couple of zoots once I finish this workout completely around the 21st, but been speaking to my fitness coach and he thinks I've been making such a big improvement and that, unlike loads of the fellow boxers in the gym and out of everyone who has the insanity workout, only me and my fitness coach have gone this far/nearly completing it. I swear the praise and motivation he gave me nearly let out a tear

    Entered me into next seasons UK aba championships too >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

    P.S 2 Weeks and 3 days left till the completion of INSANITY

    Lol nah I keep putting it off was gonna start today August 1st but I flopped gonna start tomorrow
    Do you do the fitness test and the 1st workout on the same day ?
    Do you do any other exercise?
    I wish I never watched the fitness test before trying it I think it's put me off, have you seen any gains yet?

    Yeah it happens, my coach just showed me the 2nd month before I bought it and was like this is what your going to walk into HELL
    Honestly, I feel fitter, trimmed, lost around 4kg since doing it and stay in the 79.5 - 80.9 region, I am more ripped. Would be much more ripped, if I ate more healthy, I swear its so tempting to eat junk food on the weekend after a long hard week

    I started it today done the Fit Test

    High kicks 58

    Squat jumps 53

    High knees 80

    Power jumps 30

    Globe jumps 19

    Suicide jumps 20

    Push up jacks 30

    Planking obliques 29

    My fitness is shit I'm gonna struggle doing this, @Philip what was your results?

    Just done the fitness test for the penultimate time, still got Max interval circuit to do today though

    Finally finished the Insanity work out today
    Overall I would rate it 8/10
    When I didn't pig out I was staying around 77 kg, and looked nicely ripped
    Improved on everything beside the Globe Jumps fucking bullshit loool
    Can tell fitness has improved because I can do more rounds in the gym and still have energy>>>>>>

    Will continue training in the gym
    And use lets say Max Recovery on sundays, due to the lovely stretching you get from it and add the interval circuit once a week later on

    I don't think you study my publish clearly. My health and health and fitness trainer provided me the CD and suggested it to me, said that it's a actual excellent and fast way to get fit. That's the only purpose I'm doing it, + I will still be going to my punching gym to do exercising.

    This is a good plan and i guess can work for someone who is trying to be physically well the important thing is to take care of these things going over the top isn't the need in fact moderation is needed.What you have written is kinda impressive
