    Default Fitness Programs

    Day 3:
    Cardio Power & Resistance
    Was alright, didn't feel too happy about my effort because my body is fucking sore and tired from the Plyometric Cardio Circuit yesterday

    Day 4:
    Cardio Recovery
    Loads of stretches and yoga and that. Really good, quite hard too
    Feel a bit better, muscles ain't as sore but going up and down the stairs is a mission

    Day 5: I done Plyometric Cardio Circuit instead of the Pure Cardio by accident. Worked hard and now feel really sore around thighs and arse

    Day 6: Was supposed to do the Pure Cardio today but I didn't.
    Ended up not doing anything from insanity but, played 2 intense hours of footy

    Day 7: Rest

    Day 8: Cardio Power & Resistance. Didn't feel like I put my all in, but still worked hard.
    Didn't feel dizzy at the end but can feel my fitness already improving.
    Shame, I felt too sleepy to go to the gym in the evening (n)

    Day 9: Pure Cardio. First time doing it, felt fucked. Very hard straight 15mins of cardio workout
    Again did not feel dizzy, shows I wasn't exhausted, however worked really hard

    I did P90X years ago, does work but you've gotta make sure you follow the diets and not skip any of the cardio days. I've got Insanity too that I was gonna try when I go on a cut but haven't done it yet. You only need some dumbbells and a pull up bar for P90X, you won't get hench but you'll get ripped.

    P90X is good. I done 60 days but tbh got a bit bored/demotivated after especially as it was Christmas time.

    I still incorporate a lot of the exercises in my gym routine too. Still also do yoga bmt.

    I don't think you read my post clearly. My fitness coach gave me the CD and recommended it to me, said that it's a real good and quick way to get fit. That's the only reason I'm doing it, + I will still be going to my boxing gym to do training.

    Will definitely stick to it, will have loads of time since I've finished year 11 + last exam is this friday. And try and get a nice diet going hopefully.

    I've also copped Shakeology from the US. Shit literally tastes like a McDonalds milkshake if you make it right. Not necessary, but decent high-protein/nutrition meal replacement if needed to supplement your diet plan.

    lol meal replacements are gay

    p90x is good for beginners but after a few months it is worthless. you're better off making your own routine up and doing some research.

    Meal replacements are good if you need a quick fix to one of your daily meals. I don't have time to cook dinner *shrug*

    Was sweating like a pedophile in nursery
    Felt like giving up in the warm up, really good work out though. The skii drills and level 1 drills fucked me over
    Was horribly dizzy after

    Fuck it I can't really lift much with my arm at the moment so I might give insanity a go to fill my time with and keep in shape. Will post before and afters, is it a 60 day cycle?
