    Combination of weighted ab exercises and normal ones along with good clean diet and enough cardio to keep body fat low.

    First proper leg session for weeks yesterday.

    #pain

    First set of hack squats too, my other gym doesn't have a machine. First set of heavy squats too, as my other gym doesn't have a fucking rack. Done them on the smiths, but that doesn't count.

    In terms of fat, i wouldn't say i'm fat, my body fat is quite low for my weight and i've been training on and off since 2006

    the cut up look don't appeal to me either so i'd rather stay how i am but maybe tone up a little

    A guy who goes to my gym used to be a competitive bodybuilder, and a hard gainer. He told my mate (Who's hench, but struggling to get past a certain point) to eat ANYTHING. Absolutely anything he can get his hands on. Because of his 'body type' the fat gain wouldn't be too much to worry about. Told us he used to eat full packets of custard creams and boxes of weetabix if he was struggling.
