Ghetts: Top 3 Selected? (MTV Top 10 List and Reply Track)
After MTV UK did a list of the top 10 UK MCs, with a panel featuring the likes of Logan Sama (Kiss 100), Ras Kwame (Broadcaster), Charlie Sloth (BBC 1Xtra/Radio 1), Chantelle Fiddy (Mixmag), Hattie Collins (RWD), Elijah (Butterz), Stanza (True Tiger), Ara (The Jump Off), Donatella (Flava) and Joseph ‘JP’ Patterson (MTV), it was lining up to be a promising show. Grime fans were speculating what the top 10 may be and what their own top 10 of 2010 would look like here on the forum.

Above is the list announced on the TV show, after it was announced Ghetts and fans were confused how he could miss out on a top 10 position, specially with such a panel. With in 24hours Ghetts put down his feeling on a track, talking on the situation, getting the track played first last night on Logan Sama’s Kiss FM show and the video dropping within a few hours after.

After hearing the results of MTVs Best of the Best UK MCs 2010 List Explained, Ghetts retaliated after not being on the list by putting out the aptly titled hit “Who’s on the Panel” in record time.
He immediately recorded the track, shot a preview and an official video, with a follow up song and Video called “I told ya” all within 48 Hours. Who’s on the Panel got 100,000 views on YouTube, he has caused a frenzy amongst his twitter fans as well as other media supporters who have made their rebuttals to the polls by creating their own.
Additionally he recorded a song and shot a video as a feature on the song

Yeah who is on the pannel, tinnie t is terrible and dizzie hasnt released anything fresh in time however he was a lyrical genuis. this should be the real list:

no. 10 is up for discussion and i put devlin low because i dont think he is great.
and for those who question my dicission of having wiley at no.1 is because he is unbeatable in clash’s his flow (written or freestyle) are amazing and he really made grime what it is today.
