What is the Best Game Ever Made in your opinion?

The original MGS has been mine since the game first got released but after just literally just completing Uncharted 2 (I had it on release date but started again because I forgot what had happened) I now have a new one. The game is EPIC from start to finish, nothing has come close IMO.

Metal Gear Solid 4, never played the first ones watched my bro play em, so i vaguely know the storyline. Anywho, yeah great game the last fight (and the build up to it) was intense

You're entitled to your wrong opinion Hef, but don't take the piss. GTA4 was nothing!

I'm recently acquired a new appreciation for MGS games, despite having had all of them for a long time. Slowing down and playing it properly, trying to use the items given instead of playing it bare-bones like I usually tend to do. For example, I've never used one of the magazine items. In any MGS. But they are great games, and I'd be playing MGS3 right now if my PS2s worked.

I think the appreciation was given a boost by noticing the difference in AI/animation/everything between the Tenchu games and MGS3. It's like they are in a different generation. I really hope that the PS3 gets a compilation trilogy. I've read rumours, so...

But for greatest game ever, I can't say right now.

Both Unchartereds were groundbreaking and are some of the greatest games ever made. I think COD4 was the one though and the first game to get me into playing online (now proper addicted lol)

One of my percy's is Getaway though (I realise that most people wont agree but dont care)

just the balance and the astonishing parry system, the music with a mixture of DnB and jazz still gives me goose bumbs till today.

COD4 blew my mind when I first started playing it online

MGS is the best game ever though, I remember completing the first one at 3 in the morning when I was 11/12 and telling everyone about it at school the next day, that game was epic tbh

Counterstrike 1.4/Source deserve a mention to, gg_ >>>>>>>>>>>> (ttkk)
