    [QUOTE= A STONEBRIDGE rapper who is on the brink of international stardom after being signed up by Jay Z has been charged with attempted murder.

    Kevin Georgiou who is known as ‘K Koke’ has been remanded in custody accused of shooting a man in the back in Harlesden Train Station on March 9.

    The 25-year-old, who signed to the American music mogul’s record label Roc Nation in January, was arrested after officers from British Transport Police (BTP) raided his home last week.

    He was subsequently charged and remanded in custody after appearing before City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court last Saturday.

    He is due to appear before Blackfriars Crown Court on June 15.

    Georgiou is the fifth person to be charged in connection with the shooting of the 27-year-old.

    The victim had travelled to the borough from south London to take part in a football project in the pavilion in Stonebridge.

    He was rushed to hospital after he shot in the back in the foyer of the station and has since been discharged.

    A 16-year-old girl, two 16-year-old boys and a 17-year-old youth are also accused of attempted murder.

    All four have remanded to appear at West London Youth Court on April 13.

    A 20-year-old who was also arrested in connection with the shooting has been bailed to return to a police station later this month.
