doing gym work is sick you can eat so much food and it just gets sucked up by your body.
1800 cals, eating at a 500 cal deficit so i'm under maintenance and cutting weight with minimal cardio and just normal heavy lifting

Been on whey protein for the past few months, this batch is coming to an end and wondered if I should stick with regular whey protein or look for something thats better for me to increase size? if so which product (on myprotein.co.uk)?
UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
I'm on this bucket of USN weight gainer with creatine in it. Not fully clued up on supplements, but this was recommended to me. Been going back to gym for about 3 months, kept around the same weight but just got toned up, have now put on 4kg in 2 weeks on this stuff.
this weather has fucked me up, i look like the white version of the skinny 50 cent.
The average male gains around 10 pounds of muscle in 12 months from training. So you 4 kilos will be a good amount of fat and water. Just be careful how much your putting on. I used mass gainers for my first ever bulk and decided after that that I would rather go with the eating and supplementing correctly route.
Weathers been great for me, easy to get my sweat on and tanning constantly. Everyone already thinks Ive been abroad.
lol fuck a tan nr
humidity + dehydrated = no water = no weight
I know, I've been eating and taking whey for months but just maintaining my weight while getting really toned. It's possible it's water tbh. My metabolism is fucked anyway so no chance of any fat or huge gains really, I'm always going to be in the 11-12 stone range which for 6 foot 1 isn't huge.
Gym today. Feeling a bit tired though so I hope my pre-workout sandwich and some water will perk me up a bit. Arms and shoulders today - one of my fave workouts. gonna try hit the forearms up a bit, overhand curls, hammer curls and extensions methinks.
