    If its hitting your traps then its highly likely that its hitting your rear delts. You should have a pec deck at your gym, so use that and hit it in reverse, should feel it in your rear delts. Is probably the best thing for hitting them. Also the same movement but with db's will give your the same outcome. Lying rear laterals, quick google should give you some vids of you, those are a killer.

    Your normal shoulder presses should be hitting your medial deltoid. Try switching it up between db presses and barbell presses. If you have a smith machine then try it on there aswel.

    I do slow, negative bent over rows for my delts. usually with dumbells. If you lower slowly, you can really feel the burn at the rear of the shoulder.

    Also, kick backs with dumbells are really effective. Sit on a bench, lean over your knees and pull the dumbells back, keeping a straight arm. Neg reps are good for this too. Good isolation move.

    I also hit the rowing machine sometimes with the weight cranked up and try to focus the pull in my shoulders...

    I hit the medials with dumbell presses, palm facing my head.

    Need suttin so I can lose some weight as in a few weeks I won't be able to hit gym regularly

    Yo I got a question.

    It's more or less impossible for me to put on weight. I've got a vague 2-4 pac ().

    I don't wanna go gym, what's the easiest way for me to get proper pacs?

    Gonna go for a jog every morning, and do 60 sit ups a day (30 morning, 30 night).

    Will this help?

    100-150 a day and HIIT would do you better off. lay off carbs in general so your body uses just fat for energy, especially mid-late afternoon

    What's HIIT btw?

    I'm overly skinny as it is, and I don't have breakfast, just usually get a little munch in the afternoon and some crisps at night lool.

    I never feel hungry in the morning though :S

    Go college then about 2-3 i have wings and chips. Then I wont eat again, just some crisps, chocolate etc at night.

    Eat a little bit, half a piece of toast or something, then work your way up. I never used to eat much either. Fuck all in the mornings too.
