it was just funny that you did 2 half an hour sessions per week and expected results, no chance of that happening tbh
just increase it to 4-5 sessions a week and see how that goes, if you find it ok then increase the times from half an hour to maybe 45 minutes??
carry that on for about 2 months and you will be seeing results (well, you should..)
Im aiming for at least 700 sit-ups/crunches variations every day. Hopefully have the cheese grater abs by the time i go on holiday.

So....i had some crazy heart palpatations in the van on the way to work this morning, and literally had to drive down to a&e. had a heart scan, took blood samples etc and the only thing i can put it down to is the ephedrine lol as i havent done any real drugs in a while. I'm not gunna bother to finish off this course of them, shit was scary. Tommy if you read this is advise you to stick with the legal stuff.
