    Purely for stamina/fitness levels. I do a bottom workout and occasionally I'll throuw in a couple of top exercises such as press ups/ burpees etc to keep up the heart rate.

    I know it's not good for bulk training, however, I don't want to get too big. I want a strong frame and to be fit, not be hench and unable to jog for 10mins without coughing up a lung LOL.

    My mate is a marine sarge and is my training inspiration n/h. He's one hard f**ker.

    I tend to take a break every 8-12 weeks mate. And as i train 4 times a week by the 8th or so week it does become a chore...I lose focus and determination so I take a break. It also has the added advantage of letting my body recouperate.

    Are you trying it or something? Mans no newbie!

    I cudnt care less if your bangin sessions twice a day 5 times a week for 32 weeks. The way you come across (like Ive already stated) was WOW having a week off, great idea im gonna try that, thanks.

    I just said yeh its good for the body, not about a chore and how would you know if you didnt already do this frequently, but you've now said you have, dont hype.

    I think I'm similar in this way. Finding it difficult to slim down the frame at the moment. Really fucking difficult actually.

    When I say slim down, I don't necessarily want to lose all of my muscle, just don't want to be built like a square, I'm only small.

    alright you lot im back on it for the summer im just trying to burn some fat and tone up again. i just done 20 minutes of press ups (as many reps as i can repeated as many times as i could) and im sweating like a bitch and i cant lift my arms i know im a pussy lol when do you lot know when to stop working out?

    and i wanna buy some dumbells someone help me out.

    to drop fat you need to eat less calories than you need, and try and do a bit of cardio

    lol clen isnt new its been around for years, if you're that wary it can be done just in a longer period of time. i use supps to help cause i dont really have as much time for the gym atm.

    use this to work out your maintenance calories (what you need to properly function for the day, basically for your height and weight) and work out a meal plan for yourself which is 500 cals under your maintenance. 1g protein per every 1lb of LBM (lean body mass) and hit the gym atleast 3 times a week, you can do cardio if you like but if you're lifting correctly and hard, you should be losing fat. theres really not much to it, its that simple. if you combined that with a fat burner you could realistically drop a stone in a few weeks just through a normal weight routine at the gym. if you dont want to use one, lift 3 days a week and do cardio for 3 whilst sticking to the advice above and you should be fine.

    The problem I have with these things is how safe exactly are they? I have next to no time for the gym until about a month from now (when my exams have finished), so I would like to use one, I just don't want my...liver to fail or something y'know...

    i literally started my ephedrine today so i will let you know how i get on, so far its just made me proper awake and energetic. my experience with clen was ok....but its not very good for your heart, and can be dangerous if you dont cycle it/use the correct dosage. tbh clen will be harder for you to get hold of aswell considering its illegal lol, the type of ephedrine i have atm is illegal however there are legal ephedrine based fat burners, use google and have a look around if you want to be 100% on the legit and safe side
