Purely for stamina/fitness levels. I do a bottom workout and occasionally I'll throuw in a couple of top exercises such as press ups/ burpees etc to keep up the heart rate.
I know it's not good for bulk training, however, I don't want to get too big. I want a strong frame and to be fit, not be hench and unable to jog for 10mins without coughing up a lung LOL.
My mate is a marine sarge and is my training inspiration n/h. He's one hard f**ker.
Good idea. I'll be doing the same in a week or so. Need a break every so often or it becomes a chore.
