    if you didnt get the scoop thing with your protein it can be a pain weighing out your shit. dont listen to goodfella btw cause the amount of scoops etc varies on brand cause some scoop things are different volumes

    lol @ dont listen to me, Ive had bare different Proteins and every one has come with the same size scoop saying 2 scoops. It will say on the back how many scoops if sizes are diff anyway.

    sumo deadlifts lol i dont really get on with them, the people i know that do them and enjoy them are 6'2+ and i'm only 5'11 so it could be a height thing i dunno

    It's up to you really but I recommend eating a meal for breakfast and a meal before you train. Obviously a shake immediately afterwards but that's just what I like to do.

    Legs today. Absolutley frigged. Started on hi-resistance cross trainer, then ran for 3 mins, then weights. Inbetween sets I did upper body reps - bit of chest, arms, back etc. Now I'm dead. I read somewhere that if you mix top and bottom excerises you increase total calorie burn by up to 50% Has anyone else heard this?

    Dunno about that. Probably true. Why would you mix between top and bottom excersises in the same workout though? Focus on one muscle group per session.

    I usually eat fish (cod, tuna, salmon etc) and brown rice with mixed veg + a banana. 1 hour beforehand then a protein shake, rice cakes and banana straight after I finish.

    I keep eating shit on top of my clean bulking diet. I'll have my 6-7 meals a day then loads of shit on top. Just had two chicken and chips on top of pre-workout meal. I really should sort this out or I'm gonna be flabby soon .

    Ye they say do 4 weeks on 1 week off with creatine. Lot of people do 8 weeks and 1 week off though.
