Managed to haggle my existing gym down to a very good price. Normally it would've been £70 for me and my dad every month but my dad bartered it down to £44 haha cos we said we were gonna leave.

Going tonight, looking forward to getting back into it after a couple of months of not going.

loads have free sample sachets you can request, but ask for something specific i.e. don't just say samples, say u want a few flavours of their whey protein/creatine etc, i know phd nutrition does them, do a bit of googling and give a few of them a try mate.

safe for that been looking for ages ima rep u all week. started going gym again but dont reallly wonna fork out 40 quid to get some decent protein shakes just yet.

there are ways around protein shakes, u dont really need them

if ur not a tart with food u can mix raw egg and peanut butter, a banana and few other things, in a blender n drink that, ill giv u the link for it, ive tried it and its actually not bad at all

i sign back at the gym on saturday, restart boxing again next week and MMA in the new year.

i've got a protein receipe that someone gave me that i'll post later. i've not tried it myself, i just mix whey with a tablespoon of nesquik and some milk.
