Illness has made me marga as fuck. Perfect time for a clean bulk. Monday the diet and supplements start, tuesday first day back in the gym. Will bang my start off weigh in on monday in here then report back with what ive got up to.

Decent price, I was paying £45 quid for mine but a new one just opened and if you sign up for a year, it works out to be £18 a month, which is great value to say it's got everything you need.
Not been to the gym for a week, had various things in the way like the girlfriend, friends, pub visits and football training so I wanna go tomorrow, but I doubt I'll be able to... Football match on Sunday.. fucking hell life is hectic.
what are your advice for maintaining muscle?because i've been training for about a year now and put on loads of muscle but now im at uni again i won't have as much time to train as much. i dont want to lose any muscle mass or any of that because im happy with the shape im in. i was thinking of trying to fit in smaller workouts every night or 2 nights so that my muscles are still being used and won't waste away. will that work?
i've got quite a clean diet by the way and i exercise alot too if that makes any difference.

you're still gonna need to have the same nutrition you had before, but obviously your training will be different. i'm not 100% clued up on maintaining muscle but I would suggest doing higher reps with lower weights, and then once a month doing low reps with high weights to keep the strength up. write down what you're doing in the strength workouts every month. as long as you are lifting the same amount (weight) then you won't be losing any muscle, mass follows strength. i think now would be a good time for you to increase your cardio to get more ripped if possible. maybe do two workouts a week for weight training, an upper body and a lower body (stamina based high reps, low weight) then once a month the strength ones. hope this helps.
