for anyone trying to build muscle, water is the most important thing. you should drink a pint as soon as you wake up (you lose about a pint breathing when you sleep), and try to drink around a gallon a day, or around 10-15 pints
also it helps to take vitamin c tablets morning and night. they help to repair muscle and help injuries plus other benefits.
