We were planning on getting pissed up before we go out everynite, getting a couple bottles of vodka each from duty free on the way there. Don't wanna get too fucked cos im not a fan of pulling beasts when your off your face. Did you take all cash with you? Im looking at taking 300/400 euros then having rest on card.

i took all cash and hid it in a loft hatch thing in my room cause robberys quite common in napa apparently lol, few of my mates used their cards for most of the hol but its just long going cash point n that. i remember u saying your hotels like a hostel....so its probably better for you to take cash lol rent a safe out when your there tho if you get too worried

lol i stayed at iphigenia, was alot to be fair. rooms were basic and that but coming in from a night out at 5 and goin in the pool off your head with girls everywhere >>>>>
make sure you hit the club called aquas aswell, got a swimming pool cave inside it its fucking sick, doesnt open till 4 though. carwash is alot too, had an mj tribute one night i went, lost my voice by the next day lol

im on some badman ting, got a 6pack from all the running n shit its alot. dropped abit under 14stone tho but im assumin i lost fat since my strength has increased.

for anyone trying to build muscle, water is the most important thing. you should drink a pint as soon as you wake up (you lose about a pint breathing when you sleep), and try to drink around a gallon a day, or around 10-15 pints

also it helps to take vitamin c tablets morning and night. they help to repair muscle and help injuries plus other benefits.
