    i eat bare junk

    i out-train my diet tho like a badman. like now jus got back from my midnight run which burnt off the donner i had 3 hours ago, usain bolt wen im ere

    no more beer now. i dont drink much but todays bud at the pub was nasty, cos i kept thinkin how its fuckin with my trainin, vowed not to touch.


    saw like 8 foxes round my block, some biggish ones. they proper come out away from the forests n shit at night.

    i would start pumpin asap and eat loads.

    it can be long preparin shit, theres few lazy options like, open tuna can, grab spoon, murk etc. once u get used to makin lots of shit becomes routine.

    just cook up a nutritious soup, just throw in lentils, carrots, blah blah just bare veg and some meat if you want

    no red meat though


    this lasts a couple days, and just eat that with other stuff like tuna etc

    helps you get into a routine of preparing food

    Lol, I just have to get 34 inch jeans.

    I'm really not into "bulking" like everyone else. I'm 12 and a half stone and I like my size. Cardiovascular fitness and just burning off the fat so that the six pack is more obvious - is what I'm chasing right now.

    I might have to start adding in tabata training into my schedule at some point, because I'm at a wall.
