What percentage of weight are people doing on the dumbell bench press as opposed to a bar bench press?
Im trying to bench 100kg before the summers out and im doing sets of 10-8-6 with 22's dumbells but 60+ with the bar.
Took me 6 hours on my own to put the multi-gym i ordered together today
it came with 50KG of weights but i've managed to buy some extra weights for it, now it's up to 100KG weight and i think just under 160KG resistance

just started uni so someone firstly someone recommend me the best cheap foods to be eating regularly? looking to build
atm got plans for 3 days a week
try do (usually 2/3 sets of 6-8 reps)
rowing machine (to chest), single arm dumbbell press, inclined bench press, suspended push ups (bout 30/40), inclined dumbbell fly press, dips on one day
rowing machine (to chin), bench press, barbell curl, skull crushers, and a lil circuit of as many wide grip pull ups as poss (i'm shit at them tho straight), lat machine - rest, repeat on another day
slow drop chin up (try come down in 6 seconds min), same with some dips, wide grip pull ups again, then try some side to side ones, barbell push, dumbell single arm row and then some core work on the last day
fit in some squats and deadlifts most workouts aswell
where can i fix that? haven't started the workout yet jus made it myself using a mens health app on my phone

I'd fit in some decline bench, in the second workout, and squat at least every other day.
You can buy chicken breast in bulk quite cheap, and eggs are also good and cheap. If I was on a strict budget, that's where I'd get my protein from mainly. In fact, I do anyway. Have you considered GOMAD? Not sure what kind of state you're in at the moment and how easy you find putting on weight.
