    Better that she tells me tbh, she'd want me to tell her if she was getting fat aswel. I know Ive lost some serious mass, but I was testing out those t-bomb replacements as documented earlia, so some loss was coming off of those.

    Jay, say you get to a certain size then lose it all through not going gym, if you train again will it return quicker than it took to build it or is it the same amount of time regardless?

    Ye you'll return to that size much quicker. It will take me roughly a month to work back my size losses from the 2 month absence. Muscle memory ftw.

    Same here. Started the new routine yday though and it felt good. leaving to go gym in a minute - core day. Gonna do some hiit then some work on my abs and lower back.

    done chest today as i missed gym yesterday it was shut
    did endurance and sticking to endurance with everything this week so 8-12 reps
    then come next week do strength 6-8 then back to endurance the following week and so and so on, gonna see how things go like this

    Lol did you go bodyweight squats or something? 350 is fucked. I feel like feinting after 3x5 heavy squats.
