lol shit thats the worst for my ego, when people notice when i stop working out. i havent gone gym for about a month now, i know its not that long but i feel slacking. Going to start in a few days and jump back on my AB split, aiming for a 100kg squat and a 150kg deadlift atm.

Ye you'll return to that size much quicker. It will take me roughly a month to work back my size losses from the 2 month absence. Muscle memory ftw.

done chest today as i missed gym yesterday it was shut
did endurance and sticking to endurance with everything this week so 8-12 reps
then come next week do strength 6-8 then back to endurance the following week and so and so on, gonna see how things go like this![]()

treat your abs like you would treat your chest, people think more is better when infact its still 3 sets of 8-10 reps with weight is better..

doing loads of squats is the one. i remember reading a book by ken shamrock years ago when he talked about his training in japan and how they had to do 500 a time.
