    lol.

Alternatively, you could put an 808 kick into your sampler and use that, can sound great and can some times be more interesting than just a plain sine wave.

    also...

for a sub with some movement, detune two sine wave in your synth by equal amounts, for example set one oscillator on your synth to a sine wave tuned to about +45 cents and the other to -45, like this:

and you should get a bassline similar to this:

you may want to compress the bass a little if u detune it to control the peaks.

lol what the others have said.
A tweaked 808 or for ease I just use a tweaked 3OSC in Sine wave. No harder than that really unless you want some next level stuff...

Filtering a Tri or Square will give you a bit more sub as they have more harmonics.

Distorting your sub a tiny bit helps also.

people often stress about having a good subbass sound.. thing is , by definition ur subbass (the real subbass) has to have the most dull sound for uto be able to push it.. thus the fact we use sinewaves...

the real deal about sinewaves is how to mix them so they sound full.

theres a couple videos on youtube about how to make ur subbasses a lot fuller... most of them rely on the next principle : cut away the peaks on ur subbass with an eq (or a dynamic eq if there's a lot of variations in ur melody and the peaks move around a lot)... and push the volume of the rest of the bass louder... theres a cool thread about that a cat named Lengend4ry put together on dsf

also :D albino makes sick subs mehehehe
