Some mc's been getting beats off me 4 time, for FREE, mainly to increase exposure.... But ive been thinking, should I start charging these now, speshly the 1's that aren't very good... Or am I getting ahead of myself?

And any producers on here dat are shotting their beats, how much is reasonable you fink? How much do YOU charge? I finking £10 - £20..

I fink ill have my dubstep releases with my label, and my grime/funky stuff staight to the mc's on an underground ting?

start of low, like £5 and the more people requesting you the more you charge, say from £10 to £15 to £30 etc.

you should if they are really good, just remember that this isn't rap or RnB or anything and you cant go about charging bareee money for it or make a living off it. not even saying it wont be worth it its just people in the scene wont even have enough money for it.

if they record with you then just charge by the hour or something.

however grime as an instrumental genre is on the rise, might be an idea to start djing.

if you're in it for the long run, start off giving out beats for free, gain momentum.
