    Default 'Rage Against The Machines' Chart Campaign

    just noticed the logan sama facebook groups has just hit 5K in 2weeks. and this made me think

    Why doesnt someone in the Grime scene use the 'Race Against The Machines' facebook campaign style to chart with a grime single. Top40 would be a good start.

    5K sales in one week would easily get you in the top50/60ish.

    with support from all the Dj's n the forum im sure it COULD work??

    i'd glady buy Temps single. (twice, 1x physical, 1x Digital)

    Effectively we'd be the PR that they would normally pay for.

    If a single was chart registered, and comes out soon, I see no reason why we can't all try and buy it and do something similar.

    Make it indirectly grime lol. "Show your hatred for the pop music clogging up the charts by buying this tune from aggressive London rapper (e.g tempz)

    then invite everyone and everyone and fingers crossed lol

    Just as everyone probably expected about 50 groups will be formed every week throughout the year for their band or their scene or something to chart, original ideas are good when they work and go well, but copying a format wont work imo.. You'll have DJs and MCs arguing over who should go #1 and what track it should be etc and if they dont agree, they wont support... and like someone else said, some people wont even buy the track. who join the group
