If the winner only takes the contest by 6% or less (for instance the result is between 47% and 53%) then the contest will enter a penalty shoot out. Five previously selected judges will each post one at a time which beat they felt was the best. Once the beat has 3 ‘goals’ from the judges, they will progress to the next round. This is to prevent aliases tipping the votes slightly in the event of a closely fought match.
