What's the definition of a racist? Someone who's winning an argument with a liberal.
just type in Roy Jones jr on youtube
Jones was amazing but I wouldn't really laud his technique and workrate as his prime assets; he was more about god-given athletic ability.
James Toney has amazing technique but was out of shape at cruiserweight, still you should see his fight with Jirov (Jirov actually being a really good archetypal volume puncher) as it's a classic. In fact you should try and watch as many of Toney's fights as you can get your hands on, especially Barkley, McCallum (1 & 2) and Nunn.
Struggling to think of many light heavy/cruiserweight volume punchers. Holyfield was pretty busy in his day - check out his fight against Qawi.
He's only a junior welterweight but Aaron Pryor is probably a perfect example of workrate + technique.
Gonna watch the Marquez-Lopez and Green-Johnson fights a bit later. The Rees fight was a good watch.
haye audley weigh in live on sky news now

I'm refusing to buy the PPV tomorrow out of protest seeing as Pacquiao-Margarito is free on Sky Sports One. Will use a stream or watch it at the pub.
I did say I would refuse to buy it, but going to split it 4 ways. hopefully will stay up for Pacman v Margarito. Im getting my usual pacman pre fights doubt, with his lack of decent training and Margarito being up to 20 pounds heavier. Still think he will win though.
Looking forward to seeing Groves again, he looked lacklustre in his last fight in the states.
That training stuff is bullshit. It's just Top Rank trying to trick everyone into believing the fight will be more competetive. The fact that they had to resort to those kind of promotional tactics should be all you need to know about how one-sided this fight is actually gonna be.
DeGale is gonna put a beating on this guy 2011.
Last time out DeGale shocked me with his power. While he is the better fighter, I like Groves slightly uncultured style. Plus Groves has a few years to mature.
I just found this http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/bunce for anyone who fancies a boxing podcast, haven't checked it out yet.
If Pacman Margarito is a good as the first 5 v Cotto I would of happily paid PPV for it.
