Rockstar co-founder Sam Houser doesn't know if the next Grand Theft Auto title after IV will properly fit onto the 360's standard-sized discs.
"One of the problems with the 360, and it affects games like Grand Theft Auto if you think about how much content we put in the actual machine, is the fact that they don't have a significantly larger storage medium than the previous systems. It's a slightly bigger DVD disc," Houser told 1up.
Then take into account that not all Xbox 360s come with a hard drive. It's here that things get super sticky. "The 360 is going to have to get 'round this issue we're talking about...hopefully, they're going to adopt one of those in the next year or so, because it's going to become more of an issue. If we're filling up the disc right now, where are we going? It's not like our games are going to get any smaller."

why did you buy ps3? games
so why pay 200 quid extra for sum next gen built-in dvd player when you can buy a current dvd format layer for like buttons. xbox hd player was an optional extra.
im just saying they presumed blue ray would be a big hook but really dvds are gonna be null invoid in about 2 yrs if you think bout it.
streaming media is the next step. hardcopies like cd's are dieing.
wifi? ok fam you can still use cables y'know. im not taking my console to starbucks.
and so we are clear on the fan boy status, xbox's hardware issues are a par and the wii's saleswise is killin both ps3 + xbox.
so back to my original argument which you didnt argue.... this problem should be solved by allowing you to install games direckely onto harddisk?

I have a 360 and a PS3 still.
No Xbot business, but I prefer 360. Why? Because I personally think the games are better. Yeah a PS3 has everything, its the answer to all your media problems. PS3 is the greatest media center I have, it can do anything. But I have a laptop for all that. When it comes to games, I prefer the 360.

The way I see it, PS3 is way to ahead of our time. Its an eighth generation console. All the features it has are great, but do we really need them? I suppose Sony is a media company so fair enough. But you can do some mad stuff on the PS3 lol.
For example, I could set a film to download on my laptop/PC at home. I'm out on holiday but I want to watch that film. What do I do? I connect to wifi with my PSP, turn on my PS3 with it, make my PS3 connect to my PC and then stream the film onto my PS3 which streams to my PSP.
