Ive taken creapure and use mono from my protein. I found mono was just as good. Creatine mono isn't gritty at all @Mr. Jefferies ? Least it never has been when Ive had ti, always a fine white powder.
best value is myprotein's impact whey 5kg for under £40 i think.
branded i've heard good shit about optimum nutrition's gold standard whey but i've never used it. @Xtra P
