bugger, I deleted my reply...this is really good. Personally I'd maybe add some frequency movement in the first 8 bars with a eq sweep or perhaps level-fade so its not quite as static, other than that maybe bring the snare through a bit more. Overall I really like it.

Ok, so you think ts got too much static? most peope are saying this! could you please build on what you mean by an 'eq sweep' ? Do you mean modulate something in the EQ of the synth to make the sound move?

yeah modulation, I'd generally do with with a separate EQ in a chain after the synth/sampler, put a narrow boast in somewhere above around 300 and "sweep" up the frequency to around 4k, as you do it it'll bring out different characteristics in the sound in a similar way the sound being out of phase can sound. You can then either automate that or us a LFO (my preference)

if you take a look at "pad" sound presets they often have this or similar effects built in, you can then backwardly engineer the sound to see how it works in the software your already familiar with.
