search for Dark star's training schedule or Tug's aint got a link atm but if you was to search that with football manager afterwards you should find a link the darkstarr one is the better one improves yutes quicker
Do you make training schedules for each position? Or get good coaches and leave as is?
I never know what to do, all my coaches are 7 stars and sometimes I make indivual schedules for Defenders, Defensive Midfielders, Attacking Midfielders, strikers sometimes I leave it. In your experience does it make a difference?
Anyone got any good schedules they're willing to share?
Help will be much appreciated.

Cheat.
Downloading other people's Tactics and Training is gay, it's basically cheating and ruins the game. Whats the point playing with other people's tactic really?
I make my own, every position has it's own training Schedule, it's not hard to make them either becasue its simple, Strikers: Attacking, Shooting etc.
Then after i make them i auto assign my coaches.

I play the game how i want im not fussed about training schedules ill edit them if i want, i make pretty much everything else like tactics etc. not like im going on FMM or FM Scout but ill play the game how i want, not bothered what you "think" anyway
