I think he's better defensively than attacking these days tbh, I don't see him as having huge end product. That said, I don't think he was great in England's first two games in particular.

Overall, fantastic player though. Probably the only England player of modern times who can say he's never had a bad tournament.

Mate, I'm not one for going at people for expressing controversial opinions but what you're suggesting is a bit surreal in all truth.

Ashley Cole used to boss Ronaldo in every match he played against him. He was our best player at the 2010 world cup by a mile (which doesn't say much but yeah). I don't even like the guy and I certainly don't like Chelsea, but to suggest he can't defend. SMH.

I'm United fan and I'd take him over Evra, anyday.
