he is chatting shit. this rumor is made up, when urm got shut down it was around the time rap city had their channel taken down and i think the feds took their channel down or some shit. The site just died, i used to speak to 4site and king from time to time and iirc just before it went down they were going to make some changes. so basically just died because lost of interest.

Tbh unless these website can get really exclusive mixtape/albums or videos they wont last
